How I Got Here

Liban Hassan is a dedicated and collaborative public policy professional with several years of experience in government, non-profit, and the private sector. Liban’s past experiences include working for both federal and provincial governments, RBC Capital Markets, and within the non-profit housing sector. Liban’s educational background includes a Master of Public Policy and Administration from York University, a Bachelor of Commerce degree, along with a PMP certification. Liban has also demonstrated a commitment to community service through various leadership and volunteering roles for a wide array of non-profit organizations that address major societal issues which include housing, mental health, women and gender inequality, urban sustainable development, anti-racism education, and sports.
